The Richard Simon Center for Alzheimer's is proud to offer Alzheimer's and dementia training for local healthcare professionals by providing an eight hour certification course (on or off-site).

The Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Seminar is a comprehensive Alzheimer's and dementia training, which provides fundamental education on dementia and dementia care. It also teaches ways to enhance the quality of life of dementia patients by educating care providers.

Following successful completion of the Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Seminar, participants will be eligible to make further application to become a Certified Demenita Practitioner (CDP) through NCCDP, Nathional Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
