As a non-profit organization, The Richard Simon Center for Alzheimer's is committed to compassionate care for those with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and related disorders by:

• Providing support, counseling, and guidance
• Providing education to cargivers, professionals, and community members

The goal of The Richard Simon Center for Alzheimer's is to enable seniors to stay at home by creating a safe environment through monthly home visits, customized safety plans, and care coordination with community resources.
